When a patient is seen in the office and requires a prescription, the treatment regime will cover the prescriptive needs until the next appointment. Refills on medication will only be authorized after the patient is seen in the office. No refills will be given after you leave the office that day or the next 3 days. We cannot refill prescriptions over the phone or online. If an appointment is missed, no refills will be authorized without a return appointment. We do not take prescription refill requests after 12:30 on Fridays, after hours, or on weekends.
If you are changing pharmacies, you can usually have your new pharmacy request that your prescriptions be transferred from your old pharmacy.
